Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 fresh spring onions
  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 5 tbsp dry wine
  • 150ml chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:
